There are several ways you can sign the contract with us. The first option is through DocuSign, where the contract will be emailed to you for electronic signing. Once all parties on the title have signed, we will receive the completed contract promptly.
Alternatively, we can send a PDF for you to print, sign, and scan back to us or we can mail it to you for signing and return. You can choose whichever method you feel most comfortable with as the seller. -
The contract will be set for 30 days, but we typically close within 2 to 3 weeks. After the inspection period is completed, we deposit the funds into escrow and work to close the property as quickly as possible.
